How to set up Office 365 with a custom email address

1. Setup info Microsoft ID

2. reset in first login

3. setup> setting up your domain > 

 

a)Domain Name:  Does your organization have a domain?

> Yes, Add this domain:

 

b) Domain Verification: How do you want to verify your domain?

> Select, TXT record

 

c) Verify you own this domain with TXT Value:

 Example:            [ TXT name:‎ @‎

                            TXT value: MS=ms76785456

                            TTL: ‎3600 ]

 You have to put TXT Value to your DNS, after that verify the domain.

 Verified


 4. Create email IDs. And download user details file.

 

5. Connect Domain; How do you want to connect your domain?

> Select, Setup your own DNS record

 ADD DNS record: 

 

Download CSV filed for records:

 

After updating all records, we have to proceed to the next. And Finish setup
